I've tried Visions of Regret + Empathy in RA and AB

I litteraly killed Paragons and Warriors because most of time people that play them, are not experienced with hex. Yeah... only caster are carefull.

Mirror of Disenchantment: I hate it in PvE, because my monk is using Aegis and it takes it off. Really good but uses alot of energy.

Splinter Weapon: Why not using it in a build? Since it's 5sec cooldown, we can do a mass AoE effect.

Weapon of Fury: Good for Warriors and Paragons.

I was looking at the Assassin Deadly Arts, the hexes are good.

i thought about that, but its only really gonna be effective in pve because in pvp 1.) people don't clump together and 2.) your team can't attack until everyone is buffed with splinter weapon for it to work well

XD most ppl do kill stuff. its just not as important whether you die or not
Anyway...

Incendiary Arrows:
For 8 seconds, targets struck by your arrows are interrupted and set on fire for 1...3 seconds.

Come on elite? It lasts only 8 seconds with a recharge time of 24. IMO it is completely worthless and i don't even know why i bothered capping it. I can't think of a decent use for it at all... its not gonna interrupt things with any regularity even with IAS and the burning meh so i just did 8 seconds of burning, big deal.

but check out the burning arrow, it can use used rapidly and though its energy costs is 10 and rangers don't usually have enough energy to spam this like a spike( and it has a recharge of 5 sec). But i believe this elite is a far better elite than the Incendiary Arrows, and since it is in the marksmanship column, it can be useful both in PvE and PvP. And at a expertise of 12, the energy cost of this skill will be 5, but the 5 sec cool down prevents this skill to be spammed as frequently as skills like "dark pact" or "the blood of the aggressor".

burning arrow has hard energy mangement- but is good for degen(ganking).

incendiary used to be used alot in HoH(HA), but better things ended up coming out. It was actually pretty good. alot of interrupt + burning hurts.

GUYs LET'S HAVE A E/RANGER THAT CAN SPAM BURNING ARROW!! CAN WE DO THAT? PLZ???? I WILL BE THE E/RANGER!!!!CAN WE ??????????lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! JK

anyways, however much the dislike over the burning arrow(thats how i feel, at least) i see burning arrow quite alot in ra, and it really hurts if you are the only tank/ganking target for the other team.(chances are, unless you got good self heal and/or a good monk; otherwise your teammates will need to use a rez sig.[meaning you will be dead] or you can run, but the burning carries on for 4 secs and that will probably kill you if you hp is 150 or lower and the arrow itself do damage too) and nowdays i see people do this:

have a rt set up a spirit trap, have a ranger with a long bow attack people from far away, when the other team charge, the ranger backs up to the 'spirit den' and keep on attacking( and usually the ranger is the caller elephant elephant ) and rest of the team simply gank the caller target and the spirit trap can deal MASSIVE damage over-time if not killed one-by-one or en masse[ like the sandstorm warder for example, which literally KILLS this build with a good healing monk]

if ranger has enough expertise the e shouldnt be any harder to manage than with an ele.

Purge Signet: no attribute(monk)

Signet. Remove all hexes and conditions from target ally. You loose 10 energy for each hex and condition removed.

2 cast 20 recharge

It owns. Tearz hates it.
purge = gets rid of migraine, all you needa do is switch to low energy set--> signet --> switch back, good. only prob is ranger interrupting while using. This is very beneficial.

What the hell i dont hate it...
Anyways my new favorite skill is...

Glass Arrows: Expertise(Ranger)

Elite Preparation: For __ seconds, your arrows strike for +__ damage if they hit and cause bleeding for __ seconds if blocked.

5 energy--2 sec cast time--12 sec recharge

The absolute best interrupting skill besides choking gas. Not only do the arrows do extra damage, but they also cause bleeding when blocked. It's like Melandru's Arrows but better! I think at 12 expertise the +dmg is around 35.

i would think that rtw would be a better preparation for spike, may not give quite as much damage but it increases the arrows speed which makes it less likely that your target could kite it. There is the chance that it may cause bleeding on a spike yes, but i'm not sure how helpful that would be as i'd think you'd try to remove any enchantments that block stuff b4 your spike hits.

im high because i like a skill? so wasn't the whole "even if tearz doesn't like it" thing with purge sig mainly saying i called you high? dude i never said anything like that. so i guess rules with calling you names are totally different than with me? btw srry but it rly offends me

btw Ice the reason i like Glass Arrows isnt the bleeding effect(even if its a nice side effect) but mainly the whole "at 16 expertise it's +40 damage"
