Hex stuff and get it to a low health while warriors run around and minispike every 5 seconds. Btw Mailaise on a warrior or ranger really hurts.

william can you explain it more-detaily? i mean i think this is a good build....but still......don't fold a blanket over this build lol..

1.put hp on the runner instead of restful

otherwise it looks very solid -

we gonna try this build out? wen is the ladder gonna be locked?

I am supprised that restful is still there, although I really like it.

Micheal:

Reapers/Hex Degen the Frontline and Midline, anything but the monks.

Maintain Spoil Victor on the monks.

Migraine monks.

Have the warriors unloading Dismember/Cleave every 4-5 seconds with a critical chop/protector's Strike depending on updates to come.

The monks lose a lot of health from Spoil because everything else is at a lower health. The only thing I don't like is I can't shutdown a heal party besides a lot of scourges.

we did this build today. i was the reapers mark... i got err7 right b4 we got in... arrg but we still won, even though the team was rank 4k lol..

i played the reapers mark today in ra and got glad point yay =-D

btw id subsitute the 2 cleavers for dervish- dervish seems much more effective in this build

The intetion of the cleave build is to throw out semi lethal bits of damage that force monks to prot and cast, therefor losing health etc. If you play around with it and frenzy a lot you can dismember/cleave every 5-7 seconds.

ya- but one of the dervish's general swipes do more than cleave... and are more spamable.- but i gues i can see the portentiousness for a spike that the monk could become weary of.

Monk reaction times will be slowed due to migraine and SV will punish them while everything around them falls in health. You should kill stuff. Build should have some testing.

ya, should. weakness toward degen though

wouldn't wither be better than reapers? less health degen but more energy degen plus the target will have a total of 8 health degen and no or -2 energy degen(-2 is only if you cast on tanks or ppl who have only +2 energy regen)
so overall the target losses 16 hp per second(-8 degen) and none or 4 energy per second(-2 energy degen). (i mean reaper's give good degen and good energy....but wither + malaise + migraine can pretty much shutdown a monk/anyspellcaster[with the exception of ele, since they have skills that allow them to get energy back, such as the Energy Boon and the have a higher energy cap so unless your team is really putting pressure, the ele should have a good/ok amount of energy or they are stupid and start to spam skills like fireball, obby flame, gale, dragon's stump...while under these 3 hexes)

The stats on it are (14 soul reaping)

12health(6degensx2pips)x30(secs)=360 health degened

360/5 (energy cost of Reapers)= 72 points of health degen for 1 energy.

for degen reapers is best
