Ok.
Make sure 2 people have each are carying: pred seasion, nr, and tranquility.
I guess we will have 1defensive rit lord, and 1 Offensive rit lord.(2)
for the restoration we will need 2 most likely, but we need to find some way to, 1. have them be able to use some type of quick heal in case of a semi- full spike. and 2. make sure they can hold their energy for a good amount of time( a healer without energy is useless) Also Consume Corpse could be interesting to have, for us defensive, and vs another rit lord =) (2)
For the channeling we should probably use skills like doom, skills that can take advantage of our own spirits, AND can do alot of damage, use such things as, destruction - ect. We want to do as much damage as possible, since there will be chaos among the spirits, the enemies are probably gona be trying to destroy them all, so we need to wrack alot of damage while they do that. Such skills as the one that destroys a spirit does alot of damage and blinds can be very powerful in this situation if the spirit spammers spam spirits all over the field near the enemy.

Ok: - this applies to when krisp put the skills in
1. Replace weapon of shadow with vengful weapon because shadow cost alot of energy+ it only affects the enemy after it strikes, and it only takes 1 war attack to do deep wound + 100 damage, while vengeful weapon could prevent a possible attack with a 1/4 sec.
2. replace life with vengeful weapon, as vengeful will help more than life in a time of need.
3. make rt/r replace lamentation with natures renewal
take out cruel was daoshin, but in spirit rift.
4. make rt/r replace lamentation with natures renewal
5. make rt/r replace lamentation with predatorial season
6. replace lamentation with troll unguent(self heal), take out natures renewal, repalce with brambles.
7. replace dulled weapon with earthbind

but you have a couple skills that have knockdown.
for the alternative use oath shot[e], it will take away the other builds needing to use mulitple spirits. and then u might want storm chaser and dodge or storm chaser and apply poisen. Make sure 2 of the ritualists have Spirit Transfer also, it will act as anti-spike-anti heavy damage skill along with vengeful weapon

U could take out res signet for the 2 heals. Ur'll want at least 2-3 hard 5 energy heals u can spam also. Ummm and i was thinking, pred season, might not be good, because i guess it would screw us alot too. lol

some of them are allright, i haven't really thought up skill combos for them yet but meh. Renewing surge is pretty awesome though lol.

Okay the only thing i would change is making the restoration or "healing" rits N/Rt with high Soul Reaping because of the huge amount of spirits. Plus skye I don't like most of the changes you made actually... most of those skills were put in for a reason: skill synergy. If some of them go, the others lose their effectiveness. THATS why if you take out anguish of my build other hexes lose their effectiveness.
One last thing: I don't think we should have an all rit build
i mean maybe mostly rits, like 5 or 6, but I dont like the idea of not having anywhere to lean if it gets tough. Lets say they spike... what do we do? Nomally, we would have to split. But if we're all rits, what would the offensive team do? They might be lucky to kill a few NPCs, but they cant kill fast enough. Really good build though

Yeah that's what I though xD!
And thsi build is out to date like you said Tearz. Maybe I should recheck it and edit it.
